I'm glad he's ge...That does sound like a busy day!! I'm glad he's getting some blood work done, and the doctor thinks that once he's taking his medications regularly, he'll start doing better as he gets older. <BR/><BR/>Try NOT to blame yourself for your son's problems. I know it's hard, but you just have to keep reminding yourself it's nothing you did. You are doing all the RIGHT things, trying to help your son. There are pysiological reasons for ADHD and the bipolar, just like for asthma. <BR/><BR/>Even if the doctor thinks that natural stuff won't really help, you still can't go wrong if you try to cut back on any sugar he eats, and try to increase his energy. If you wear him out doing fun and productive things all day, he won't have nearly as much energy to act up or be impulsive. My boys would be totally wild and destructive if I did not start each day with the intentional goal of exhausting them!! :-) I'll keep praying for you...Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
